I fully understand that this voice mail and/or paging service is an electronic medium, which relies on equipment and propagation of signals to perform properly. I further understand that due to the forces of nature and other causes, temporary service outages may occur. By clicking on "Agree" below, I agree to hold Pager World dba Prime Page and all other entities harmless for any loss of business or other inconveniences caused by any service outage. Compensation for reported service outages shall be limited to the value of the service that is not received. I also agree to authorize Paypal to automatically charge me for the service plan I choose. I understand that I will be signing up for either a subscription through Paypal, which is billed automatically through my Paypal account, or recurring payments on my credit card. I may cancel this subscription or payment plan at any time, which will immediately terminate my financial responsibilities. All cancellations must be thru our website, or by email. Completed transactions are non-refundable. By entering your credit card information: a. You are stating that you are an authorized user of the credit card and that the associated information entered (account holder name, account number, billing address, etc.) is accurate. b. You authorize Pager World dba Prime Page to charge the amount of the goods and services to your credit card. c. If you set up automatic payments, then you authorize Pager World dba Prime Page to charge the amount of the goods and service to your credit card. d. You also authorize Pager World dba Prime Page to return to your credit card any funds due to you by Pager World dba Prime Page resulting from an overpayment or other credit. Charges a. For each transaction, in addition to the charge you have authorized, your credit card issuer and network may assess their customary transaction or handling charge, if any. b. If a charge is declined or reversed by the credit card issuer or network, you agree to pay us a service charge and to reimburse us for all reasonable costs of collection. Your credit card issuer may also assess its customary charge for such transactions. In addition, I understand that the paging and/or voicemail service I am signing up for will be tied to my Paypal subscription or credit card payments, such that should the subscription or payment plan cancel for any reason, that paging and/or voicemail service may be terminated. Reactivation of a Paypal subscription or credit card recurring payment plan at the current rate within 3 days of the cancellation date will guarantee me continued service with no penalties.
